The annual Bonbrook HOA meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 7PM at the Sunset Fire House.

This year to encourage attendance, we have two (2) door prizes to award at the end of the meeting. The door prizes are a $75.00 gift certificate and $50 gift certificate to Sperry’s restaurant in Cool Springs.
Also, we would like to remind you to cast your vote either via the mail-in proxy ballot this week or if you plan to attend the annual HOA meeting next week, vote at the meeting. Our CC&Rs require a minimum of 20% of our homes to vote to meet the quorum requirements for annual Board nominee voting. So please exercise your rights….VOTE.
