The Board has recently finalized a new CC&R addendum, Resolution 01-10 which as been signed by the Board of Directors and is presently being notarized.  It will then be sent to the Williamson Country records office for recording in the Book of Records.  This resolution clarifies the CC&R Article IV, COVENANT FOR MAINTENACE, ASSESSMENTS, section 7, DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS: DUE DATES, and section 8, EFFECT OF NONPAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS: REMEDIES OF THE ASSOCIATION.  The resolution will state the schedule of annual dues payments and actions/penalties for late dues payments.  The document is expected to be mailed to each homeowner by the end of September, 2010.  When you receive the document, please add it to your copy of the CC&Rs.  The resolution will also be added to the web site which has the complete copy of the CC&Rs and previously published addendums.
