The Bonbrook subdivision has 42 acres of wooded common ground.  It is the Board’s policy that dead trees, fallen trees, etc., within the wooded areas are left to “Mother Nature” to take care of.  However, if there is a tree on the borderline of any homeowner’s property or along the walking trail that threatens to fall and damage homeowner’s property the Board will take action to remove the threat.  Please contact a board member should you have a common ground tree that could cause a problem for your property.
